Cedar Decks

Cedar is naturally resistant to rot, decay, and insects. It resists moisture absorption, needs less maintenance, and does not split or warp as easily as pressure-treated fir or spruce. Cedar has a distinctive colour that beautifies and blends with any outdoor living space. Cedar wood is timeless and organically attractive with a pleasant scent. Its even grain and consistent density make it much less likely to warp, bend, split, or twist. Cedar-surfaced decks are significantly more expensive than pressure-treated wood.
