Once we’ve received your online quote request we will contact you by your preferred method (phone, text or email). A site visit will be arranged at your convenience.
We will come to your house to discuss the details of your project and take all required measurements as well as confirm all site accessibility points for men, materials, and machines.
Before commencing the job, we will take care of arranging for all of the utility locates through Ontario One Call. We will also provide any drawings and technical data required for your building permit (when required) through the municipality you reside in.
All of our projects comply with all aspects of the Ontario building code. This ensures that your outdoor living space will be as safe as it is attractive and enjoyable.
Timberline decks only works on one project at a time, so once we start we won’t stop until your project is completed and all construction waste is removed and disposed of.
